At Devatatva, we take great care in selecting and offering products that meet our standards of quality, purity and authenticity.
We believe in the quality of every product we offer and want our customers to shop with confidence. At the same time, we request our customers to make their purchases responsibly, especially because several of our products are natural, organic and traditionally prepared.
Our Quality Promise
We carefully select our products and make every reasonable effort to ensure that they meet our quality standards before they reach you.
Some of our products are natural or organic in nature. Therefore, minor variations in colour, texture, aroma, appearance or consistency may occur from one batch to another. Such variations are natural and do not necessarily indicate a change in quality.
We assure you that we will always strive to provide you with the best quality available to us.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return. To initiate a return, please email us at talk2devatatva@gmail.com.
Please mention:
- Your order number
- Product name
- Reason for requesting the return
- Photographs of the product, if relevant
The return request will be reviewed and must be approved by Devatatva before the product is sent back. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
Return Shipping
We are happy to provide free shipping on your purchase for your convenience. However, the cost of returning a product to Devatatva will be borne by the customer.
Please do not send a product back before receiving approval from Devatatva.
Condition of Returned Product
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to us in good, unused and sealed condition, wherever the product is supplied in sealed packaging.
Products that have been opened, used, damaged, altered or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund
Once the returned product is received by Devatatva and its condition is verified, we will process a full refund of the amount paid for the product/order at the time of purchase, as applicable.
The refund will be processed through the original payment method or by another suitable method, depending on the payment mechanism used for the order.
Please allow reasonable time for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been processed.
A Note on Natural & Organic Products
We believe that the beauty of natural products lies in their authenticity. Natural ingredients can vary with season, harvest, source, processing and batch. Consequently, you may notice small differences between two purchases of the same product.
Such natural variations are not considered a defect when the product continues to meet our quality standards.
Our Commitment
We select with care. We offer with confidence. And if you genuinely feel that the product is not right for you, we will review your return request fairly and process your refund once the product is received by us in the required condition.
